All Sales Are Final

Because each piece is handmade and original, all sales are final. I do not offer returns or exchanges once a purchase has been made.


Damaged Artwork

I take great care in packaging artwork safely. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 4 days of delivery and email photos of the item and packaging to miranda@stellaanddorriestudio.com. I’ll work with you to make things right.


Lost or Stolen Mail

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is missing, I’m unfortunately unable to issue a refund. I encourage you to double-check your shipping address before placing an order, and to follow up with your local post office or building manager if an item seems delayed or missing.
